These Terms remain in effect even if our rates or service descriptions change.

3. Order Delivery and Guarantees

We do not guarantee an exact delivery time for any service.

• Any delivery time or speed displayed on the website or service description is an estimate only.
• Orders that are still processing are not eligible for a refund solely because they are taking longer than expected.

We always do our best to deliver what our resellers and customers expect. In some cases, we may change the service type or source of delivery if we believe it is necessary to complete your order successfully. This will always be done with the goal of fulfilling the service you paid for.

4. Limitation of Liability

Top SMM Panel / TopSMM24 is not responsible for:

• Any loss, damage, or issue that occurs to your social media accounts, pages, channels, or content as a result of using our services
• Any suspension, ban, or removal of accounts or posts by social media platforms
• Any business, financial, or reputational loss caused by delays, drops, or changes in services

You use our services at your own risk. By placing an order, you accept full responsibility for your accounts and activities.

5. Account Review, Suspension and Termination

If we detect any unusual activity, violation of these Terms of Service, or behavior that may harm Top SMM Panel / TopSMM24 or our partners, we may:

• Suspend or permanently close your account
• Stop processing your new or existing orders
• Refuse future business with you

In some cases, for the privacy and security of our business, we may not be able to share specific reasons for closing or suspending an account. All such decisions are final.

If your account is closed permanently, you may:

• Use any remaining balance to place new orders if your account is only restricted and not fully banned
• Or, if allowed, request a balance refund according to our Refund Policy below

6. Refund Policy

We aim to provide stable and reliable services, but some situations may require refunds or balance adjustments. Our refund rules are:

a) Order Canceled

• If an order is marked as Canceled in our system, the full amount for that order is automatically refunded to your panel balance.
• This refund is credited as balance in your Top SMM Panel / TopSMM24 account, not to your original payment method by default.

b) Partial Orders

• If an order is delivered only partially and is marked as Partial in our system, we will refund the undelivered portion automatically to your panel balance.
• The refund amount is calculated based on the price of the service and the quantity not delivered.

c) Completed Orders

• Orders that are fully delivered and marked as Completed are not eligible for a refund.
• We do not refund if a service was delivered as described, even if you no longer want it or your expectations changed.

d) Balance Refunds

In some cases, you may request a refund of your remaining unused balance to your original payment method. This is subject to approval and:

• We can refund the remaining balance minus any bonus amount that was added for that deposit or payment method (for example, promotional bonus funds are not refundable).
• We may also deduct any non-refundable payment gateway fees or transaction costs, if applicable.
• Balance refunds are only possible for funds that have not been used in orders. Used balance cannot be refunded.

We reserve the right to decline a balance refund request if:

• There is suspected fraud, abuse, or chargeback risk
• The user has violated these Terms of Service
• The funds come from promotions, bonuses, or non-refundable deposit methods

e) Chargebacks and Disputes

By making a payment on Top SMM Panel / TopSMM24, you agree:

• Not to open unauthorized disputes or chargebacks with your bank, PayPal, card provider, or any payment processor for payments that were successfully credited to your panel balance.
• If you file a dispute or chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to freeze or close your account and void any remaining balance or active orders.

If you have any issue with payment or service, you must contact our support team first so we can investigate and try to resolve the problem.

7. No Relationship with Social Networks

Top SMM Panel / TopSMM24 is not connected to, endorsed by, or partnered with:

• Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), or any other social network or third party

Our services are provided for marketing and promotional purposes only. You are fully responsible for complying with each platform’s rules and policies.
